Information on our Programs and Policies
Session Classes: We offer session-based classes running in terms throughout the year for PlayGYM, CanGYM, CanJUMP and CanDIVE: Fall Term (September to December), Winter Term (January to March), and Spring Term (March to June). Summer  Term (July and August) are daily sport camps offered Monday thru Thursday. To join each session, re-registration is required, and payment for annual memberships must be paid in full at the time of registration. Session Tuition fees are equal monthly Auto-Payments and are processed the first business day of each month.
10-Month Programs/Full-Year: In addition to our session classes, we provide 10-month programs for CanGYM, Learn to Train Gymnastics | Trampoline | Diving and Competitive Programs. These programs cover the entire school year, running from September to June. When you register for a 10-month program, your spot is secured for the entire year. At the time of registration, you will pay the registration fees and program expense (when applicable) - these fees are non-refundable and will hold your spot in the class. For class tuition you have the option to make monthly payments or in full by contacting Member Services. Midyear enrollment is ongoing - pending space availability.

Refund and Withdrawals Policies (Sessional Classes)
Your registration fee pays for a spot for the entire term, regardless of attendance. In the unforeseen event that we cancel a class, whenever possible we will try to make up that class. If the class is cancelled and no make up class is available, a credit will be applied in your KGTC family account. Refunds for program withdrawals must be submitted by the 7th business day of each month to qualify for one-months notice. Requests received after the 7th day business day will require 4 weeks notice. Outstanding tuition fees will be processed at the time of the withdrawal request. If you have paid your tuition in advance, a credit will be applied in your KGTC family account. A $20 service charge will be applied to refunds and withdrawals.
If you request a transfer to another class we will try to accommodate you depending on available space. A $20 administration transfer fee will apply.

Billing and Payments
Please monitor your payment method on file. The selected payment method under "Edit Payment-Method on File" in your KGTC account will be used as the primary payment-method for credit card payments. If you prefer debit or cash payments, please visit the office at the time of registration.
