2024/25 Session 8/12/24-6/15/25 is billed monthly
Summer 2025 Session 6/16/25-8/10/25 (This will be a one time summer session charge)
2025/26 Session 8/18/25-6/14/26 is billed monthly

Vernon Hills Gymnastics is on a monthly billing cycle for our classes. After initial enrollment, monthly tuition is billed on the 15th of each month and enrollment is continuous throughout the season OR until you notify us of cancellation.

Current Season Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel you must cancel in writing to  [email protected] by the 14th of the month. You will then finish your class until the 14th of the month and not be billed on the 15th.  Cancellations made after the 14th of the month will have their final charge on the 15th and cancellation will take effect the following month.
Summer Session and Camp Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up until June 1st for a full refund.  After June 1st no refunds will be given.

We do not have waitlists, so if a class is full (red) we highly recommend finding an alternate class time. Please know that you will be dropped if you try to register in a full (red) class. Thanks
