If a class is green that means it has at least one available spot. If a class is red that means that the class is completely full.

Current School Year Session Dates: August 12th, 2024 - June 15th, 2025
Summer Session Dates: June 16th, 2025 - August 10th, 2025
Upcoming School Year Session Dates: August 18th, 2025 - June 14th, 2026

Vernon Hills Gymnastics is on a monthly billing cycle for our classes. After initial enrollment, monthly tuition is billed on the 15th of each month and enrollment is continuous throughout the season OR until you notify us of cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

***Please note that monthly tuition has been calculated based on enrollment throughout the session.  Holiday/Gym closures have already been factored into the set monthly tuition price and the number of classes in attendance will vary month to month.***

Current Season Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel you must cancel in writing to  [email protected] by the 14th of the month. You will then finish your class until the 14th of the month and not be billed on the 15th.  Cancellations made after the 14th of the month will have their final charge on the 15th and cancellation will take effect the following month.
Summer Session and Camp Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up until June 1st for a full refund.  After June 1st no refunds will be given.

- Payment is made by credit card.  If another form of payment is needed (Cash/Check) you can hold your spot and come in to the front office and make payment that day.  If payment is not received that day you will be dropped automatically from the class overnight.
