Cancellation, Makeup & Refund Policy
Please review the following policies before registering:

2025-2026 Yearly Session (August 18th - June 14th)

After enrollment, tuition is billed monthly on the 15th of each month.
Cancellations must be received by the 14th of each month in order to not be billed on the 15th.  All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Once tuition has been processed on the 15th no refunds or credits will be provided.

Summer 2026 Session (June 15th, 2026 - August 9th, 2026)
Cancellations must be received by June 1st to receive a full refund.  All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

Summer 2026 Camps (June 8th - August 9th, 2026)
Cancellations must be received by June 1st to receive a full refund.  All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

Make-up classes are not offered for any missed classes during any session.

Enrolling in Classes
Please click on the class to enroll in the class. Hover your mouse over a class to see more details about the class. Click on the tabs at the top of the calendar to view different class calendars (if any). If the class name is green, the class has availability. If the class name is red, the class is full.
