Ultimate Gymnastics is on a monthly billing cycle for our classes. After initial enrollment, monthly tuition is billed on the 15th of each month and enrollment is continuous throughout the season OR until you notify us of cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
***Please note that monthly tuition has been calculated based on enrollment throughout the session. Holiday/Gym closures have already been factored into the set monthly tuition price and the number of classes in attendance will vary month to month.***
If a class is full (red) we highly recommend finding an alternate class time.
Only register for a class level that you have been approved/evaluated for (Girls Rec 2 and above). Please contact the front desk at (847) 856-8573 if you are unsure of your level.
Starting Summer 2023 makeup classes will no longer be offered at Ultimate Gymnastics
Current Season Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel enrollment you must cancel in writing to our Billing Manager, Jamie, at
[email protected] by the 14th of the month. You will then finish your class until the 14th of the month and not be billed on the 15th. Cancellations made after the 14th of the month will have their final charge on the 15th and cancellation will take effect the following month.
Summer Session and Camp Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up until June 1st for a full refund. After June 1st no refunds will be given.
- Payment is made by credit card. If another form of payment is needed (Cash/Check) you can hold your spot and come in to the front office and make payment that day. If payment is not received that day you will be dropped automatically from the class overnight.

In order to provide the most secure environment possible, all passwords must:
- Include at least one upper case letter (i.e. A-Z)
- Include at least one lower case letter (i.e. a-z)
- Include at least one number (i.e. 0-9)
- Include at least one special character (i.e. @#$%^)
- Have at least 12 characters that are not spaces
