We suggest that you opt into receiving emails, as this is the primary form of communication including upcoming events, payments/due dates, and class cancellations. If you opt out of receiving emails, you may miss important information. If you are opted out of emails and miss a reminder regarding a payment, you could be charged a late fee of $20.00.

WITHDRAWAL FROM PROGRAM POLICY: (Preschool, Recreational, and Tumbling)
You may withdraw from the Program at any time and receive a credit to your account. Regardless of duration, classes attended or unattended, Ultimate Fusion does not issue refunds. Parents wishing to withdraw their student from the Program must provide a written notification (via email) to [email protected] at least two (2) days prior to the discontinuation of enrollment. For the purpose of determining a credit, a student shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Program of Ultimate Fusion when the parent/guardian notifies the Program of the date of the student's withdrawal. Failure to comply with the Program's withdrawal policy will result in the amount owed up to the date of written notification. Credits are non-transferable. Ultimate Fusion does not reimburse for canceled classes due to holidays, vacations, illness, weather, injury, or any other reason.
