Any and all payments made toward Troy Gym are non-refundable. If a child is enrolled in a drop in or by-session option (camp, event, open gym, etc.) and you can no longer attend a class in which your child was enrolled, cancellation must be done prior to the start time to receive a credit on your in house account. No-call, no-show participants will not be credited.
*Session charge for CLASSES are monthly. You will be prorated if you register mid-month. We are unable to post-date enrollment. Camps & Extras charge are PER session PER child. Annual registration fees must be current for any and all enrollment.
Please review our monthly tuition and drop policy for participants in our recreational/preschool class programs. Team participants, please review your team agreement for drop and refund policies.
Please note: As soon as your register and make payment for a class, enrollment begins immediately. If you are registering for a Monday class on a Monday, our system will charge you for that class, even if it has already occurred. Please contact our office or wait until the next day to enroll (pending availability).
Please enter the contact info for who will be paying the bill. If the student is a minor, please enter the guardian's contact info.
Please make a note of your email-address/username above and the password you enter below. They will be used to log into your account in the future.
In order to provide the most secure environment possible, all passwords must:
- Include at least one upper case letter (i.e. A-Z)
- Include at least one lower case letter (i.e. a-z)
- Include at least one number (i.e. 0-9)
- Include at least one special character (i.e. @#$%^)
- Have at least 12 characters that are not spaces
