Whether you are a returning dancer or brand new to TDC we welcome you with open arms and open hearts and are excited to share our knowledge and passion for dance!  

Loyalty Registration begins 08/07/17 at 8am. (please check your email for password to register for each individual class)
New Student Registration begins 08/09/17 at 8am. No password needed

A few important details about registering your child:

PLACEMENT- Many classes are based on age and grade, please respect the guidelines for each class. Our age cut off is Sept 30th if your child does not reach the age of the class they are in by then you will be asked to choose another class.

Teachers reserve the right to place dancers in the level that best suits their technique. Placement cards for classes level 1-4 have been mailed out if you did not receive please contact the office.

The first couple of weeks of class are used to evaluate should we feel your child is not appropriately placed and should move up or down we will let you know asap.

RATES-You can find a tuition breakdown on our rates page on our website.

CANCELATION-You must notify us no less than 48 hours to the start of the year for a full refund. Our registration fee is non refundable. See our drop policy for more detail.

REGISTRATION- must be completed online, the online waiver must be accepted, and a credit card must be used to make your tuition payment.

WAITLIST and FULL CLASSES-Class registration is on a first come first serve basis. We do offer a waitlist option and VERY often that list gets utilized but there is no guarantee we will have a spot open in the class, be sure to put your child on a waitlist if there is a class that is full, we will always call when spots open.

CHECK OUT and PAYMENT must be received at the time of registration. If you do not make a payment to accompany your registration the system automatically drops you from the class at midnight and there is no guarantee a spot will remain. Classes must be paid in full at the time of registration.

COUPONS AND GIFT CARDS- If you have a coupon or gift card of sorts. It must be presented during office hours on the day of your registration. If you prefer to register and drop the coupon off later that's ok we will credit your account accordingly as long as it's done the same day you registered. There is a drop box outside the studio. Student referral cards must be submitted within 48 hours no exceptions.

we utilize a feature called payment plans for those entering into one of our class packages.
If your dancer is taking any of the total hours that allows them to fall into an Unlimited Package you will be asked to select one at checkout please calculate your hours and select the proper package.  This will notify the office of your package and we will adjust your tuition accordingly.

SIBLINGS- The system only allows one payment plan per family but this should not effect your registration .... if you have trouble at any time please contact the office. 

Petite Package  3.25-5 Hours
Demi Package 5.25-6.5 Hours
Grande Package  6.75+

Our office will be open the hours below. We are here to provide any assistance needed, answer questions, or help to walk you through the process, when the office is not open during registration time we check email periodically throughout the day to assist you as quickly as needed.
