Sundays: September 12th-December 12th
Mondays: September 13th-December 13th
Tuesdays: September 7th-December 14th
Wednesdays: September 8th-December 15th
Thursdays: September 9th-December 16th
Fridays: September 10th-December 17th
Saturdays: September 11th-December 18th

Payment Schedule - For the fall session, you will be paying in monthly installments. The fall session will be 15 weeks, but class fees will be paid in 4 installments (for every 4 weeks, 3 weeks in December) rather than the total upfront. Therefore, if we must close our facility due to COVID-19 then we will not charge you for the next installment. Payments must be made by Visa or MasterCard. There is no tax, but there will be a 3% processing surcharge.

Upon Registration - you will be charged the First Installment for the class; $84 ($63 for Sunday, Monday, and Thursday classes due to Labour Day and National Day for Truth and Reconciliation)
October 2, 2021 - you will be charged the Second Installment; $84 ($63 for Sunday and Monday due to Thanksgiving)
October 30, 2021 - you will be charged the Third Installment; $84
November 27, 2021 - you will be charged the Fourth Installment; $63 (December is only 3 weeks due to winter break)
The credit card you enter upon registration will be the card that is charged for the subsequent payments. If you would like to change the credit card you must do so on your Studio Director Account or call our office to have it changed before the next payment date.

Holiday Closures-
September 4th-6th: Labour Day Weekend
September 30th : National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
October 10th-11th: Thanksgiving
December 19th-January 1st: Winter Break

Please note: during the COVID-19 pandemic there will be modified operations including but not limited to:
1) There will be NO SPOTTING of any kind
2) There will be NO TESTING
3) Physical distancing will be maintained at all times
4) Masks must be worn in all public areas and during activities (i.e. switching events, going to the bathroom, etc.) where there is a higher chance that physical distancing measures may be broken
5) All parents and children must follow all Rose City Gymnastics' Policies and Procedures and failure to do so may result in the removal of that person from any gymnastics classes and the facility
6) There will be no parent viewing

If Rose City Gymnastics must close due to COVID-19, there will be NO REFUNDS. By registering you are committing to the full 15 week session. Refunds are available until the end of the first class, minus the insurance fee and classes attended.
