VACCINE MANDATE—Changes as of March 27th, 2023

As The Rock School's COVID-19 response continues to evolve, we do not require dancers to be vaccinated at the Rock School West. Any questions regarding these policies should be directed to [email protected].

Per Rock School policies, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This includes payments for any fees, tuition, housing, performances, and activities.  

As of April 14, 2018, a 2.75% fee on each transaction will be added to all credit card payments to offset the processing fee The Rock School must pay to the credit card processor. The convenience fee assessed for credit card payments is not refundable for any reason, (including but not limited to student illness/injury, program cancelation, or school closure). We will continue to accept other payment methods, including cash, paper checks, and electronic check payments (ACH), which carry no additional charge.  Our preferred method of payment is ACH.  You can submit information for ACH payments through your Rock School account or by contacting The School.

Effective January 1, 2023, all customers will be required to keep valid credit card or ACH account information on file with The Rock School for Dance Education. This method of payment will automatically be billed one week past the billing due date. Late payments will be assessed a $5 processing fee as well as a $25 late fee for each transaction. A 2.75% convenience fee will also be assessed for all credit card payments.  To remain compliant with School policy, all Rock School customers will be required to submit a Credit Card/ACH Pre-Authorization Agreement to be kept on file with The Rock School.  When payments are delinquent because a student has withdrawn, The Rock School for Dance Education will charge the method of payment on file until a formal written withdrawal request is made in writing by a student's parent or guardian. The Rock School for Dance Education requires 30 days advance notice for any student who intends to withdraw.  

Accounts will be deleted after 30 days if registration is never completed.  If you created an account over 30 days ago but never made a payment, you will need to create an account again.
