• Mini Co.* - students placed in ballet level 2 and 3 are eligible. Join us at 2 studio competitions!
• Boy's Only:  Hip Hop Crew* - boys enrolled in Hip Hop level 4 & up. Join us at 2 studio competitions!
~Mini Co. & Hip Hop Crew meet once a week for 30 minutes.  Minimum enrollment required.

Ballet placement at level 3 and 4.  Attends and performs at Chicago Artist Simply Human Dance Convention in April and competes at 2 regional competitions.  Minimum class enrollment:  ballet & tap.

MSD Junior Company
Placement at Ballet level 5.  Attends and performs at Chicago Artist Simply Human Dance Convention in April and competes at 2 regional competitions.  Minimum class enrollment:  ballet, jazz & t ap.

MSD Advanced Company ~ MSD Intermediate Company
Attends & performs at two Chicago Artist Simply Human Dance Conventions and competes at 2 regional competitions.  Please inquire regarding minimum class enrollment.

All students are invited to attend one or both of the Artist Simply Human Dance Convention in Chicago.  

Chicago dates are:  January 30 - February 1 (ASH #1) and April 17 - 19 (ASH #2).

Valid email required.  Invoices, information and announcements are sent through email.
Valid credit card information required on all accounts.
Accounts set up for AUTO PAY will be charged on the 1st of the month.
Accounts NOT set to AUTO PAY require you to initiate payment through the parent portal by the 1st of the month.  
Class schedules are subject to change; additional classes may be added dependent on demand.
Classes may be combined or cancelled if minimum required enrollment is not met.  
Tuition is non-refundable.  
MSD may withhold a dancer from participating if tuition is not paid in full by the stated deadline.  
Dancers must be registered, with initial payment, and waiver on file before their first class is taken.
Withdrawal requires written notice to MSD.  Late withdrawal (after 6 weeks) will incur a fee.  Tuition is not prorated.  No refunds.  

********************LATE FEES & Credit Card Service Fees***********************

MSD reserves the right to charge a Late Payment fee of up to $50.00 per student per month.  Fees will apply on overdue accounts after 5 days. Delinquent accounts (over 30 days) will be charged late fees ($50.00 per student per month) and will accrue monthly interest penalties (18% APR) until the account is brought up to date.  
Accounts will be charged a fee of $50.00 fee for NSF checks or declined automatic payments.  

A service fee of 2% applies to payments made by credit or debit card.  To avoid this fee, please pay by check, cash or ACH.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
