Customer Portal Login

Your customers will use their email address to login to the Customer Portal. They will be able to set and reset their password at any time on their own. New customers will be able to register and create their own accounts through the Customer Portal (if this feature is enabled).

 

Customer Portal Login

If your customers already have a family account set up in your system, they will login to the portal using their main email address on their account. You can find this by going to the customer's family information page in the E-mail field. They must have an email address in order to login to the portal.

Customer Portal Password

If your customers already have a family account set up in your system, the first time they login to their account, they can click the "Forgot your password?" link located on the portal login page to set up a new password. When they click the "Forgot your password?" link, it will prompt them to enter their email address and it will send them an email with instructions for setting their password. They can also click the "Forgot your password? / Reset Password" link anytime to reset their password.

You can also reset the password for your customers by clicking the RESET PASSWORD button on their family information page.

Sample Email for Customer Login

You will need to inform your customers how to login to their accounts and how to set up a password for the first time. You can email all customers at once by going to the Email/Text tab > select "An Email Note" > select "A group of students or families". Here is a sample email that can be used to communicate this information to your customers.

 

Dear Customer,

We are now accepting on-line registration for [enter your season name here] through the following online customer portal site:

[enter your portal link here]

The email address where you received this email is your login. If you do not know your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

You can come back to the Customer Portal at any time to view the class schedule, enroll in classes, update your contact information and make payments.

New Customer Registration

New customers that do not have a family account set up in your system yet can create a new account by clicking the link "New to <your business>? Click Here to Register" located on the portal login page. (if this feature is enabled)

To turn off New registrations and remove the link "New to <your business>, Click Here to Register":

  1. Go to the Admin tab > Online Registration > Online Portal Permissions.
  2. Set "Do you want new customer to be able to create new family accounts?" = NO
  3. Click OK to save.

 

You can create a family account for yourself or a test family to login to the customer portal and view what your customers see.
