Summer at ENCORE Just Got Easier:
Simply register for the week(s) that work best for your summer schedule in our online client portal. Weekly tuition is determined by the hours of instruction during that specific week. The more classes your dancer attends, the greater the savings. No long-term commitment. No complicated summer planning. Just great classes, flexible scheduling, and plenty of summer fun.

IMPORTANT:
Unlike our regular season, summer enrollment is not automatic from week to week. Because summer enrollment is completed on a week-by-week basis, ENCORE reviews registration numbers approximately 48 hours before the start of each week to determine staffing needs, and which classes will run as normal or be combined/canceled based on demand. To help us accurately plan staffing and keep classes running, we strongly encourage families to register for their desired weeks as far in advance as possible. Waiting until the last minute to register may result in a class no longer being available.
How to Register:
You may register online, by phone, text, or email. If registering online, please be sure to select the correct week(s) from the drop-down menu based on the dates your dancer will be attending.
To qualify for our 'multi-student family discount' or 'family max.' you will need to follow the procedures below, as our online system does not automatically take this discount off for you.
1) Place your students in all the classes that they would like to be enrolled in.
2) Make sure your payment information is updated.
3) After your cart is loaded, Do NOT make a payment.
4) Email
[email protected] and let us know that you would like us to apply the discount and process the card on file.
- Email needs to include:
- - - Family name
- - - Names of your students
- - - Permission to charge card on file
Class Placement:
Correct level placement is required. Classes fill quickly; we encourage you to join waitlists as new classes will be created as needed. Updates are noted by revision updates located in the top right corner of the page. Placement in a class is only guaranteed when accompanied by weekly tuition payment.
Make-Up & Cancellation Policy:
If you miss a class, please complete a Make-Up Class Request Form, located under the "Classes" drop-down menu at encorepacnw.com. All make-ups need to be within the current season. If ENCORE cancels a class for any reason, a make-up option will be offered. If you need to cancel a previously registered week or class, please notify ENCORE at least four business days before the week for which you are registered. ENCORE will transfer your registration to a future summer week. Cancellations received after this deadline are not eligible for transfers/credits, as staffing and scheduling decisions are based on weekly enrollment.
