We welcome you to our DA family!

* Be sure to check out when you register in a class to hold your spot or the system will drop your child from your preferred class!

* Please note, all fees are non-refundable. Please view the policy and waiver form upon registering.

ALL COMMUNICATION with important dates, closings, fees, ect.. are always sent by Email. Please be sure your email is accurate. Do not "opt out" or you will not receive any important details about your child's program.

Competitive Team Tryouts: Competitive athletes must tryout, schedule by emailing [email protected] to set up a private tryout or be evaluated in a class.


*NEW POLICY* beginning June 1, 2018, All students must have a credit card stored on file for auto draft. All cards will be ran on the 1st of each month.  Cash payments with receipt is accepted prior to the 1st. Checks are no longer an acceptable form of payment for classes unless received prior to the 1st. Payments are delinquent after the 5th of the month with a $25 late fee.

** Families with students in multiple programs and classes & students on teams, your tuition might not calculate correctly when you first register until a DA staff member can fix it. If you see an error, please email us.

Effective August 1, 2021- Please note this immediate change to all private lessons, rentals, camps, apparel, clinics and all programs outside of our weekly classes.

All private lessons must become a member of Diamond Athletics by paying the yearly registration fee (select baseball fees include the registration fee).

TUITION REMAINS THE SAME EACH MONTH- some months have 3 weeks the class meets and some months have 5 weeks. December will meet 2 weeks due to all of the school and family activities in December, with our optional make ups included. Tuition is calculated to reflect pricing for each month August-May.

Due upon registration-Registration Fees for all weekly class programs will draft with the first months tuition: $45 individual, $60 family

Showcase Fee- $45 individual and $60 family. Drafts 2/15/25.

OPEN GYM ONLY- $30 Monthly

45 MIN or 1 HR CLASS a week - $80 Monthly

2 WEEKLY CLASSES- $140 Monthly

3 WEEKLY CLASSES- $225

UNLIMITED WEEKLY CLASSES/INDIVIDUAL UNLIMITED PACKAGE, INCLUDES FREE WEEKLY OPEN GYMS (Must register for open gym) - $250 Monthly

$10 OFF MONTHLY SIBLING DISCOUNT

$350 FAMILY UNLIMITED Monthly

CHEER & DANCE TEAM FEES

Registration Fee- $45 individual, $60 family. Due upon registration and covers registering through summer of 2025 classes.
Mini Sparkle Cheer Team & Hip Hop Crew-$175 1.5 hours a week
All other Cheer & Dance Team Fee $225 for up to 3 hours of weekly training. If training hours exceed 3 weekly hours, $250 for unlimited classes and teams
$350 for family unlimited.
Showcase Fee- $45 individual, $60 family. Drafted 1/15/25.


1/15 Costume fees for each dance class ($80)
2/15 Showcase fees for all cheer, dance, tumbling classes ($45 individual/$60 family).

ALL Cheer, Dance & Tumbling participate in our spring show on Friday May 16th!

Holiday Breaks/No Classes
Sep 2ND: Labor Day
October 31st: No classes, please double up a class on your normal class day.  
Nov 20TH-29TH: Thanksgiving Break
Dec. 24ClassesTH-January 3RD: Winter Break: Christmas/NY Break.  resume Sunday January 6th.
March 10TH-14TH: Spring Break: Spring Break
Make-up Policy- Students may make-up classes missed prior to May 18th 2025.

MAKEUP POLICY:

You're welcome to make-up any classes missed, all make-up classes must happen prior to May 18th 2024. Please attend a make up class closest to your age group/level. The schedule for classes is in the online portal. There are no refunds for illness, unforeseen circumstances, holiday closures, or missed classes.

By now you should have heard from your coaches directly. Effective August 1, 2021 all payments are submitted directly to Diamond Athletics and DA will pay coaches for services rendered. Clients should never pay coaches directly for any reason. Please report any issues to [email protected]



Payments accepted: Diamond Athletics Waco business Venmo or Mind Body. Cash can only be given directly to owners of Diamond Athletics Nick or Kelli Santos in a sealed envelope with the memo of what service it is for.
