2020 SUMMER CLASSES REGISTRATION
Registration is done online and you will need an email address. If you are a returning family, you already have an account. Forgot your password? Click Forgot Your Password?. If you are a new family, click Register below to create an account.

PAYMENT
Once you've registered online:
- 1 completed PAD form along with bank form or VOID cheque must be mailed or emailed to info@danceunlimited.ca  within 5 days. Fees will be withdrawn from your account on July 1st.

Registration is not complete and a your spot is not confirmed until the PAD form and bank info are received.

* PLEASE NOTE:
- Summer class fees are non-refundable.
- There is a $30.00 charge for declined P.A.D. payments. Declined payments are to be paid by e-transfer only.

20/21 REGISTRATION

RETURNING DANCERS:
- If you would like to add a new class/es for the 20/21 year, you must email us so we can pre-approve you for the class BEFORE registration starts. You will not be able to register for classes you are not pre-approved for.
- Classes listed in the schedule as "A" and "B" are the same class, just offered twice to accommodate minimized class sizes during Covid-19. You may choose which class.

NEW DANCERS:
- Once you've created an account, you will need to email us with what genres you are interested in so we can pre-approve you for the class BEFORE registration starts. You will not be able to register for classes you are not pre-approved for.
- Classes listed in the schedule as "A" and "B" are the same class, just offered twice to accommodate minimized class sizes during Covid-19. You may choose which class.

FEE PAYMENT

* All payments are paid by Pre-Authorized Debit. Must complete all THREE pages of Dance Unlimited PAD forms and attach 1 VOID cheque or 1 bank form.

* Class and registration fees may be paid by one of the following 3 ways:

1. One payment: 

1. Registration fee of $35.00 per student or $50.00 per family. Debited July 1st, 2020.

2. Full year fees. Debited September 1st, 2020.

2. Two equal payments:

1.  Registration fee of $35.00 per student or $50.00 per family. Debited July 1st, 2020.

2. September-December and June fees. Debited September 1st, 2020.

AND

 2. January-May fees. Debited January 1st, 2021.

3. PAD  - Monthly:

1.  Registration fee of $35.00 per student or $50.00 per family. Debited July 1st, 2020.

2. First month and June fees. Debited September 1st, 2020.

3. Eight payments debited on the 1st of each month, starting October 1st, 2020.

* Additional fees: (non Company/Crew classes) 

Debited February 1st:
- $90.00 costume fee per class.
- $50.00 Recital fee per dancer.

* Additional fees for Performing Companies/Crews: 

1. Debited July 1st
- Company fee is $150.00
- Crew fee is $150.00

2. Debited January 1st
- Fierce Company, Junior and Senior Crew Competition fee is $100.00
- Pulse, Force and Thrive Company Competition fee is $200.00
- Elite Competition fee is $450.00

3. Debited February 1st (in addition to non-Company/Crew classes)
- Junior and Senior Crew Costume fee is $90.00
- Fierce Company Costume fee is $190.00 + $65.00 (tights/lipstick/earrings fee for girls)
- Pulse, Force and Thrive Company Costume fee is $285.00 + $65.00 (tights/lipstick/earrings fee for girls)
- Elite Costume fee & tights/lipstick/earringsfee is $445.00
 

* PLEASE NOTE:
The following fees are non-refundable: First month and June fees, registration fees and Company/Crew fees.
* Those not registered by the 20th of the current month must e-transfer for the following month.
* Changes to PAD MUST be submitted by email to info@danceunlimited.ca by the 20th of the month prior to the change.
* No one is permitted to take classes without all of the above items submitted to the office.
* There is a $30.00 charge for declined P.A.D. payments. Declined payments are to be paid by e-transfer only.
* We do not accept cash or credit card.

TUITION RATES
Our dance year runs from September to June. We do not operate on a monthly basis therefore our fees are calculated on the total number of classes in the dance year. Fees will not be pro-rated for those who register after the registration month has started. For your convenience, payments can be divided as follows and bear no relationship to the number of classes in any given month. All fees include multiple class discounts and GST.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY
One month's written/email notice is required for withdrawal from classes and will be accepted until Oct. 31st, 2020. A Dance Unlimited Performing Arts Inc. Google form must be filled out for withdrawal. It can be found on our website at www.danceunlimited.ca.
No partial month fees will be refunded.
Please note - Refunds will NOT be given after this time. No exceptions for any reason.
