2023 SUMMER PROGRAMS
For current DU dancers, payments are withdrawn from your account by PAD on May 1st.
* New DU dancers and those registering after May 1st, payment will be due by e-transfer on date of registration.
* Withdrawals are accepted up to 2 weeks of the start date of the program and will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee per program.

New dance families, welcome to our Dance Unlimited family!

22/23 REGISTRATION

RETURNING DANCERS:
*   Registration begins June 5th at 9:00am and is first come, first served.
- Registration is done online.
- The link to access your account or reset your password is above.
- If you would like to add a new class/es for the 22/23 year, you must email us so we can pre-approve you for the class BEFORE registration starts.
- You will not be able to register for classes you are not pre-approved for.
- Once you've registered online, see "Fee Payment" section below to complete your registration.

NEW DANCERS:
*    Registration begins June 7th at 9:00am and is first come, first served.
- Registration is done online by creating an account through the following link. https://app.thestudiodirector.com/danceunlimitedperformin/portal.sd
- Once you've created an account you will need to email us with what genres you are interested in so we can pre-approve your dancer for class/es BEFORE registration starts. You will not be able to register for classes you are not pre-approved for. Please provide us with a background on any experience your dancer has.
- You will then be emailed a list of pre-approved classes which you can register through.
- Once you've registered online, see "Fee Payment" section below to complete your registration.

TUITION RATES
Our dance year runs from September to June and is based on a certain number of classes, not months. We do not operate on a monthly basis therefore our fees are calculated on the total number of classes in the dance year. Fees will not be pro-rated for those who register after the registration month has started. For your convenience, payments can be divided as follows and bear no relationship to the number of classes in any given month. Fees include multiple class discounts and GST. Tuition rates can be found on our website under the "Register" tab.

FEE PAYMENT
• To complete your registration, you must:
1) Complete DUPA Inc. PAD form 1 (All dancers)
2) Complete DUPA Inc. form 2 (All dancers)
3) Complete DUPA Inc. form 3 (Company/Crew/Competitive classes only)
AND
4) VOID cheque or bank info form (All dancers)
      a) Banking info has not changed from 21/22 season so please use that.
      b) Void cheque or Bank info form will be sent by email with PAD forms

Email all the above items to [email protected] within 2 days of registering.
• Dancers that do not submit complete forms within 2 days of registering will be automatically dropped from classes.
• All payments are paid by Pre-Authorized Debit. We do not accept cash, credit card or e-transfer.

* Class and registration fees may be paid by one of the following 3 ways:
1. ONE PAYMENT:
Debited the 1st of the month after you register:
1. Registration fee $40.00 _________     Number of additional immediate family members __________ x $20.00 each

2. TWO EQUAL PAYMENTS:
Debited the 1st of the month after you register:
