• ​​A dancer's spot in class is only secured once enrollment is completed through the parent portal and the full checkout process is finalized, including payment of the Registration Fee and Final Month's Tuition. DC reserves the right to remove students from class rosters if payment is not received within 24 hours of enrollment.

• All accounts are REQUIRED to have a valid credit or debit card on file. This does NOT mean that you are enrolled in auto-pay.
• To withdraw from fall/spring classes, a 30-day written notice via email is required. If the next billing cycle occurs within that 30-day window, tuition for that month will still be charged.
• Summer class withdrawals require a 24-hour email notice. Failure to provide notice will result in full charge for the class.
• ALL payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
