* Cindy's Dance Factory will be open on ALL Monday holidays except, Labor Day and Memorial Day.
* If tuition is not received by the end of the month it is due, the credit card on file will be charged for the current amount. If the card on file is declined or another form of payment is not received, a $35 late fee will be charged.
* If you require a makeup class, please talk to Cindy Swift to arrange it.
* During inclement weather, please check our website, Facebook, Instagram, check your text messages and/or call the Studio. As a rule: If District 38 and District 20 schools close, the Studio will close too; however, we may reopen later in the day if weather improves. Please check one half hour before your student's scheduled class time. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE TRY OUR BEST TO PROVIDE MAKE UP OPTIONS, HOWEVER DUE TO THE CLASS SCHEDULE, WE ARE NOT ALWAYS ABLE TO OFFER MAKE UPS.
* If you have registered your student after January, we welcome your dancer to our dance classes, however you are not guaranteed a costume and spot in the May Showcase.
* A May Showcase fee is charged the first of April, if after April 1st you cannot attend the showcase and you did not provide ample notice, you will not receive a refund for the show fee.
